Fitness for Purpose is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to reduce adverse physical and mental health outcomes for vulnerable groups through the of delivery holistic healthy lifestyle programs. 

We use recreational activities as an entry point for vulnerable people with a range of psycho-social disadvantages and deliver holistic programs that include options for referrals, and case management to address underlying needs.

    This event will provide key safety tips and information like rip identification, rock fishing safety and survival skill demonstrations in the water in order to provide you with the tools to keep your family safe in a water environment whilst enjoying a bbq at the end of the night.

    This is a course designed to teach those who can't swim as well as to refine the technique for those who can swim and to deliver water safety information and water rescue skills.
